EXCLUSIVE OBLIGATIONS
The U.Go is designed for specific use by people practicing kitesurfing / kiteboarding and its variations (board surfing, skim boarding, snow kiting or land kiting), all of a radical nature and therefore potential to cause mishaps, injuries and possibly even Permanent damage. By purchasing our product, you become fully aware of the hazards inherent in such sports and become personally liable for any damages you may incur during the use of this product, by exempting and disposing of U.Go Kite, its authorized distributors, dealers and resellers of any responsibility.
LIMITATIONS ON USE
The copying, modification, distribution, reproduction, publication, adaptation, licensing, transfer or sale of any information, products or services derived and / or obtained from UGOKITE.COM .BR and UGOKITE.COM, social networks or from Publication of their authorized representatives. WARRANTY U.Go products (line mount and line comb) are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. All resellers must honor this commitment. ABOUT RESPONSIBILITY
Kiteboarding or kiteboarding and its variations (described in EXCLUSIVE OBLIGATIONS) are radical and dangerous sports.
